Assistant ARMHS Treatment Director/ARMHS Practitioner, BS:  Anne had been a middle school teacher for 13 years and an ESL instructor for 4 years. She then changed career paths and took on being the Independent Living Skills Coordinator for two years in Freeborn, Mower and Dodge Counties for SEMCIL. This experience offered her a new opportunity in the area of ARMHS. She has been an ARMHS practitioner for 6.5 years. She has facilitated and created groups for clients in the areas of healthy lifestyles and IMR, supervised an ARMHS rehab practitioner, and is now the Assistant Director for ARMHS program at IMS while still doing ARMHS. Anne hopes to give each client inspiration, hope, health and wellbeing. She wants each client to know she sees them as a person first and that each part of them needs to be considered when working on their mental health goals: their mind, body and spirit. Anne brings to clients options to develop their goals around their physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual and interpersonal areas to deficit.
