ARMHS Practitioner, BS:   Amber attended Minneapolis Community and Technical College to earn a degree in Human Services and then earned her Bachelors of Science in Sociology and Corrections.  She has experience working in the field of corrections for roughly five years.  She changed career paths in 2013 and transitioned into the mental health field when she began working for IMS.  She feels she is able to help others make changes in their lives.  She reports she enjoys working with her clients to manage their mental health symptoms.  She reports her clients never fail to impress her with all the improvements they make while working on skills, strategies, and other coping techniques. She hopes to make a difference no matter how small or big.
