Addiction Services
Independent Management Services provides a range of outpatient addiction services, including substance use assessments, individual counseling, and group counseling. Services are delivered by a team of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADCs) and Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS) who bring both professional expertise and lived experience to the recovery process. Independent Management Services Addiction Services are fully licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) at both our Albert Lea and Austin locations.

Certified Peer Recovery Services
Independent Management Services offers peer recovery services delivered by Certified Peer Our Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS). CPRSs have lived experience in recovery who are trained to provide non-clinical strengths-based peer support. Service as mentors, advocates, and role models, they help individuals set meaning full goals, develop skills, navigate complex systems, and build hope throughout the recovery journey.
